How to use
COOL & CALM
Spritz on the back of your neck, inside of your arms and/or bottom of your feet during or after a hot flush. Avoid contact with eyes.
WOMEN'S BLEND
Blend one heaped teaspoon (7g) into purified cold water or the mylk of your choice each day.
THE OTHER LIPS BALM
Apply a small amount of lubricant to the inside of your vagina for daily relief. This balm is also a fantastic natural intimate lubricant, however, it is oil-based, so not compatible with condoms.
