Membership and Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in The Social Butterfly loyalty program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Membership is free, and no purchase is necessary to join. Each member must have an active Vanessa Megan account.
Participation in the program is voluntary. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate.

Eligibility and Enrolment

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have a valid email address.

Businesses, third-party organisations, groups, or automated systems are not eligible to participate.

Enrolment is automatic for existing Vanessa Megan customers with an active account. New members can join via our website.

Earning Points

Members earn points for eligible purchases made online through the Vanessa Megan store.

Points are earned as follows:

  • 1 point for every $1 spent.
  • Bonus points are provided for actions such as signing up (75 points), reviewing products, referring friends, and celebrating special milestones like birthdays or anniversaries with us.

Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account after a purchase or activity.

Eligible Purchases

Points can only be earned on purchases made directly through the Vanessa Megan website.

Taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, and any promotional discounts do not count towards points.

Purchases made via third-party retailers or spa partners are not eligible for points.

Tier Status

Members are assigned to tiers based on cumulative spend:

  • Cocoon: Entry-level tier.
  • Chrysalis: Mid-tier with enhanced perks.
  • Emerge: High-tier with exclusive rewards.
  • Monarch: Elite tier with premium gifts and experiences.

Members will automatically move up tiers as they reach spending thresholds.

Downgrades occur if no activity (purchases or point earning) takes place for 12 months. Tier-related rewards will be communicated via email upon reaching a new level.

Exclusive Mystery Gift for Monarch Members

Upon entering the Monarch tier, members will receive an exclusive mystery gift valued at over $150. To claim this gift, members must refer to the email received upon entering the Monarch tier and use the code provided within that email on their next purchase of $100 or more.

The mystery gift will be automatically added to their order upon using the code.

This offer must be redeemed within 60 days of entering the Monarch tier.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards available on the Rewards page of the Vanessa Megan website.

Rewards may include discounts, free products, or special experiences.

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded or exchanged unless due to product faults as per our Returns Policy.

Point Expiry

Points expire if no purchases or activities earning points are made within a consecutive 12-month period.

Once expired, points and rewards cannot be reinstated.

Returns and Adjustments

If you return a purchase for a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If the returned purchase results in a negative point balance, future points earned will first cover the deficit.

Communications

By enrolling in the program, you consent to receive emails related to your membership, including point updates, tier changes, exclusive offers, and birthday/anniversary rewards.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime; however, essential communications regarding your membership and rewards will still be sent.

Data Privacy

Any personal data collected as part of the loyalty program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This includes information related to your purchases, preferences, and program activity.

Right to Change or Cancel the Program

Vanessa Megan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Social Butterfly loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

All unredeemed points and rewards will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

Membership Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership if we detect fraudulent activity, misuse of the program, or violations of these terms.

Miscellaneous

The program is void where prohibited by law.
