I already have a VM account, do I need to create a new one?
No! You're all sorted! All VM customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program and placed in the appropriate tier based on purchases.
But how do I earn points?
All the details are above, but just for joining up you'll get a cool 75 points and then 1 point for every $1 you spend with us! Plus we reward you on your special days, like birthdays and your anniversary with us. You can also earn big for reviewing your purchases or referring friends so they can become a Social Butterfly too!

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! Sky's the limit! So fly like the gorgeous butterfly you are and reach for the stars!
Can my points expire?
Yes. Your points will expire one year after they are earned if not redeemed within 365 days. Additionally, if you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user, and your points and rewards will return to zero. You will be moved down to the Cocoon tier. But don't worry, we'll always consider you a Social Butterfly and as soon as you start purchasing again you will automatically start to accrue points again.
Can I get moved down a tier?
Yes, Once you are in Chrysalis, Emerge or Monarch, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
How do I claim my birthday reward?
Add your birthday under Ways to Earn Your Wings on this rewards page. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day!
*Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.
I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn’t receive it.
Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact us at hello@vanessamegan.com and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I claim my gift for moving up a tier?
You will receive an email as soon as you move up a tier with all the details of your reward!
For our very special Monarch members, in your congratulations email letting you know you have reached peak status there will also be details of how to claim your free gift valued at over $150. This includes a special code you will need to use with your next purchase over $100 to activate the gift to be sent out to you.
What do you mean by "early access to sales"?
We only have two sales a year, so gaining early access is one of the best perks of being one of our Social Butterflies. If you are in our Chrysalis, Emerge or Monarch tiers, you will receive early access to these sales via special codes sent via email.
I just made a purchase but my points haven't changed?
Points may take minutes to several hours to appear due to system delays. If they’re still missing, try these steps:
Refresh your browser.
Log out and back into your account.
Check your ‘Rewards history’ to see if the points were added.
If your balance still seems incorrect, contact our customer service team for help by emailing hello@vanessamegan.com.
Can I use my points at one of your spa partners?
No, your points are only redeemable online, through our Vanessa Megan store.
How do I leave the program?
We're so sorry to see you go, but we understand. Simply email us at hello@vanessamegan.com and we'll get it sorted for you.
I left & now I want to come back
We will welcome you back with open arms! Just sign up again and you will start earning points. Unfortunately any points you had previously accrued will be lost though.
