Refunds & Returns
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.
Simply contact our customer care team at hello@vanessamegan.com, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label to make the process simple and stress-free.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law, even if more than 30 days have passed.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible product.
After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged items.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that are:
Opened or lightly used, where you’ve had the opportunity to try the product and found it unsuitable
In reasonable condition (not deliberately damaged or extensively used)
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Your feedback helps us continue improving our formulations, so we appreciate any information you can share about why the product didn’t work for you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Gifts with Purchase
If you return any items from a purchase which received a free gift, the free gift must also be returned unused and unopened.
If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you’d prefer a replacement rather than a refund, please let our team know when you contact us — we’re happy to arrange this where stock is available.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit-card provider, as posting times can vary.
If it’s still not visible, please contact your bank.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at hello@vanessamegan.com.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll issue the refund directly to the original purchaser.

Delivery times for replacements may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
International Refunds & Returns
We do not offer change of mind returns for international orders.
