1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia located in QLD, NSW, and VIC aged 18 years and over. Employees of Vanessa Megan, JW Marriott Gold Coast, Spa by JW, Citrique Restaurant, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must like Vanessa Megan, JW Marriott Gold Coast, Spa by JW, Citrique Restaurant Instagram pages AND sign up to the Vanessa Megan database before 11:59pm AEDT, 28th February 2025. This database will be shared with JW Marriott Gold Coast, Spa by JW, Citrique Restaurant for their own marketing purposes. There is a limit of one entry per person.

3. Prize Details: There are 5 prizes to be won. Each prize includes return airfares from the winner's nearest capital city and airport transfers to and from the hotel. The winners will enjoy a 2-night stay in an Ocean View Guest Room - King at JW Marriott Gold Coast. Upon arrival, they will be treated to high tea at the Spa by JW outdoor terrace and receive a Signature F&F Vanessa Megan 90-minute treatment at Spa by JW, along with access to the sauna and steam shower. A three-course à la carte dinner with paired wines at the award-winning Citrique Restaurant is also included, as well as two breakfasts at leisure in Citrique Restaurant. Additionally, winners will receive Vanessa Megan 1-on-1 skin consultations and participate in a culinary class with Executive Chef Paul Smart, including a JW Garden Tour. They will enjoy culinary dishes prepared during the class for lunch and have an afternoon and evening at leisure. The prize also includes an Aqua Sculpt Pilates session on the lagoon pool before their departure transfer from JW Marriott to the airport.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday 4th March 2025 at 10:00 am AEDT, live on Instagram. Winners will be contacted via phone whilst the live is on and via email within 2 hours of the prize being announced.

5. Prize Claim: The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification. If not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Privacy: Entrants' information will be shared with JW Marriott Gold Coast, Spa by JW, Citrique Restaurant and managed in accordance with the Vanessa Megan privacy policy.

8. Consent for Content Creation: By entering the competition, participants consent to partake in content creation during the Vanessa Megan, Spa by JW, JW Marriott Gold Coast Ultimate Giveaway Competition 2025 for use across the marketing channels of the noted entities.
