Returns Policy

We refund if a package is returned to Vanessa Megan headquarters, Sydney within 60 days of dispatch and on the basis the package is undamaged. In these circumstances, Vanessa Megan Organic skincare does not refund the cost of shipping when the refunded package is subject to any of the following:

  • The shipping address was incorrect
  • Attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package failed.
  • The package was unclaimed.
  • The recipient did not pay customs tax, or the package was refused by the recipient.
  • Items that have been returned to us as undeliverable will be restocked immediately, and we are not able to ship them again. If you would still like to purchase the items, please place your order online again.



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



  • Absent on delivery
  • Package returned to sender
  • Orders missing en route
  • Freight delays 

Sometimes, packages are returned to us by post office as undeliverable. This means either the shipping address was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package failed, the package was unclaimed, the recipient did not pay customs tax, or the package was refused by the recipient.  

Freight delays or missing parcels are beyond Vanessa Megan’s control either from Australian ports or into the recipients port.

We send shipping confirmation e-mails upon shipping orders. It mentions the span of time estimated for delivery. If you do not receive your package within the span of time, please call your local depot/post office to see if they might be holding the package for you. In case you are absent at the time of delivery, the package may be taken back to the depot/post office until you claim it. Sometimes a note with contact information will be left in your absence, but occasionally the postal service/courier may simply repeat attempts to deliver the package without leaving any note to make you aware that attempts have been made. 

For over seas orders, once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

Once purchased and dispatched Vanessa Megan takes no responsibility & are not liable for freight delays or for the unlikely event your package does not arrive. Please contact info@vanessamegan.com to access the freight tracking number so that you can track your parcel.



There may be additional custom clearance fee added to some purchases.

If the country your order is being dispatched to charges for customs clearance, this cost must be borne by you.

We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from VanessaMegan.com, you're considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you're receiving the goods.

We'd like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
